I wanted to let you know that from the first moment we started interacting with your company last month with Mr. Drake coming out to measure and provide the estimate, to Sarah Hole, the project manager – who stayed flexible with us and was beyond helpful when we requested a reschedule. Finally, Tyler, our installation tech really poured himself into our project. His attention to detail, dedicated hard work and absolutely stunning finished product is a true testiment to his love for his job and for this company. Tyler spoke very highly of the company, and because you take care of your employees, that translates directly to the customer. Tyler went above and beyond the scope of his duties to make sure the gate was installed to perfection, and in far greater detail than I’m sure the work order specified. His maticulous nature on this project really highlighted the talent you have working for you, and his demeanor towards my wife and I really spoke to the character of the people you have working for you. Anytime I came outside to check on the progress of the gate, Tyler took the time to answer any questions I had, would consult with me on small design changes and power supply issues; it felt like we had a family member installing the gate, it was just unreal. Tim, Sarah and Tyler really came together and made this project absolutely turn-key and zero hassle. Everything was on time, on budget and the finished product absolutely blew us away.

“Late PM, I accidentally reset the brains of my gate’s electronics. The gate was stuck open and it was imperative to get it functioning again due to limited availability in my schedule, animals to control within the gated area and tenants that would be affected who also live on the property. It was too late for a service call.
The secretary put EJ on the phone. My field of work is in the medical field, not electronics. EJ calmly and patiently talked me through the interrogation of the entire system to determine the etiology. Ultimately, the electronics were reset and the gate resumed its normal function.
EJ was incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. He easily could have stated that it was after hours and I would need to arrange a formal appointment– he did not do this.
EJ talked asked me to send a picture and then talked me through dismantling of the entire system to successfully identify the problem. He even calmly waited until I could obtain the appropriate tools to open the system.
EJ was very discerning as he asked me questions, about how to interpret my fuzzy answers regarding what I was and was not seeing. Somehow, even when I could not give a clear answer, he was able to decipher what the real answer truly was.
I am so very grateful that there are still individuals on this planet who function with integrity, empathy and professionalism– particularly when there is no apparent reward in sight.

“I just really felt the need to thank you for sending such a wonderful technician to our property. Our exit gate was not closing and our maintenance guy could not figure out the problem after 2 days of analyzing.
